Prayer for Believers Example Church
  • We would be a people that stand as an example of the believers in word, conversation, charity, spirit, faith,  and purity. - I Timothy 4:12

 

  • We will be kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ’s sake hath forgiven us. - Ephesians 4:32

 

  • We would be a people of prayer, giving ourselves over to the Spirit to pray out the Father's will in the earth. - Ephesians 6:18.

 

  • We ask the Father of glory, to give unto us the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him. The eyes of our understanding being enlightened; that we may know what is the hope of His calling, and what the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints. - Ephesians 1:17-18

 

  • We come into the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect (mature) believer, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ. - Ephesians 4:13

 

  • We ask that we might be filled with the knowledge of God's will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding; that we might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God. We ask that you would strengthen us with all might, according to your glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness. - Colossians 1:9-11

 

  • We make supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks for all men; for kings, and all that are in authority that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; who will have all men to be saved, and to come into the knowledge of the truth. - I Timothy 2:1-4

  • His tongue would be as the pen of a ready writer. - Psalm 45:1

 

  • The Spirit of the Lord shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord. He is made of quick understanding in the fear of the Lord, and he shall not judge by the sight of his eyes, neither reprove after the hearing of his ears. - Isaiah 11:2-3

 

  • He is led of the Spirit. He accurately hears the voice of the Father and a stranger he will not follow. - John 10:3-5

 

  • His speech will always be with grace, seasoned with salt that he know how he ought to answer every man. - Colossians 4:6

 

  • He is ever being perfected in the love of God and yields to the fruit of love. - I Corinthians 13:4-8; Galatians 5:22

 

  • The blessing of the Lord makes him prosper and no sorrow is added to his life. - Proverbs 10:22

 

  • He ministers the Word; being instant in season and out of season; to reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine. - II Timothy 4:2

 

  • He is a servant of the Lord and will not strive; but he is gentle unto all, apt to teach, and patient. - II Timothy 2:24

 

  • Father, grant unto him that with all boldness he would speak thy word. We ask that you would demonstrate by stretching forth thine hand to heal, and that signs and wonders may be done by the name of thy holy child Jesus. - Acts 4:29-30
